Scale Your Team with Controlled Invitations

Growing your team requires more than just creating accounts. The Invitations panel provides a structured onboarding pipeline: send branded email invitations with pre-assigned roles, track who has accepted, follow up on pending invites, and revoke access for invitations that should no longer be valid.

✉️ Send Invitations

Enter the new team member's email address and pre-select their role (Admin, Manager, Support Agent, etc.). The system sends a branded invitation email with a secure registration link. Multiple invitations can be sent simultaneously for batch team onboarding.

📊 Invitation Status Tracking

Monitor all sent invitations in a data grid showing: invitee email, assigned role, sent date, status (Pending, Accepted, Expired), and the inviter's name. Quickly identify stale invitations that need follow-up.

🔄 Resend & Revoke

Resend reminder emails for pending invitations with one click. Revoke invitations that should no longer be valid — the registration link is immediately invalidated. Expired invitations can be refreshed with a new expiration window.

Use Case: Quarterly Team Expansion

HR hires 8 new customer support agents. The Team Lead opens Invitations, enters all 8 email addresses with the "Support Agent" role pre-selected, and clicks "Send All." Within hours, 6 accept and appear in the Users list. Two remain pending — the Lead clicks "Resend" for a follow-up email. By end of week, all 8 are operational with the correct permissions, having been guided through the Onboarding Wizard automatically.
