Bridging Your Operating Ecosystems

Your platform does not operate in a vacuum. The Integrations Dashboard provides a highly structured, visual environment to connect Orbitus with the third-party platforms your team already relies on.

Rather than a single overwhelming page, Orbitus organizes integrations logically. From the main dashboard, you can view the real-time status of all configured connections (Connected, Disconnected, or Error) and click into specific categories to configure them.

💬 Messaging Integrations

Configure automated communication pipelines. Connect Slack for internal team alerts (e.g., ticket creation), Telegram for portable Bot alerts, and WhatsApp Business API to dispatch transactional notifications directly to clients.

💳 API Providers

Connect infrastructural service providers. Add Payment Gateways (Stripe, PayTR, Iyzico) to process transactions, configure Email Providers for reliable high-volume delivery, and set up SMS Providers for direct mobile notifications.

🤖 Advanced Services

Supercharge platform capabilities. Link AI Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq) to enable intelligent text generation. Connect external Storage Providers (AWS S3) and sync development tasks with Issue Trackers (Jira, GitHub).

How Integration Configurations Work

Every integration page follows a standardized, simple 3-step configuration approach designed for maximum security and ease-of-use:

  1. Credential Entry: Input your API Keys, Access Tokens, or Webhook URLs provided by the external service.
  2. Test Connection: Orbitus performs a live handshake test with the provider to ensure the credentials are valid. You cannot save broken configurations.
  3. Save Integration: The system encrypts the credentials and stores them securely at the organization level.
