📁 Multi-Entity Support
Select your target entity from the dashboard. The system supports bulk import for: Users, Tasks, Catalog Items, Catalog Categories, Pricing Models, Testimonials, Meeting Types, and Newsletter Subscribers via CSV or Excel.
🔀 Smart Column Mapping
No perfectly formatted files needed. The Mapping Tool visually aligns your file's columns with system fields. Auto-detection suggests matches (e.g., "Full Name" → "Name"), and the tool remembers past mappings to accelerate future uploads.
🛡️ Pre-Import Validation
Before data touches the database, a strict dry-run validates: missing required fields, malformed emails, duplicate unique IDs, invalid date formats, and out-of-range values. Review exact row numbers causing errors before confirming.
📜 Import History
Navigate to History to view every past import: success/failure row counts, timestamps, entity type, and uploader. Download specialized error logs detailing why specific rows were rejected.

Step-by-Step: Migrating Legacy Users
- Select "Users" from the Import Hub dashboard.
- Upload the CSV exported from your legacy CRM.
- Map Columns: Link "Given Name" → "First Name", "Primary Mail" → "Email".
- Validate: The engine flags 2 rows with missing "@" in email. Fix and re-upload.
- Execute: 500 users are instantly provisioned without error.
