Drag-and-Drop Form Builder (Form Builder)

The technical design module where custom forms (questions, text boxes, dropdowns) intended for field or website utilization are constructed from scratch via drag-and-drop logic and deep technical settings.

What is the Form Builder?

Accessed via "New" or a specific form ID ([id]), this screen operates as the primary construction zone where the "blocks" making up the form are assembled. Beyond simple text boxes, this technical architecture lets you design radio buttons, multi-selection grids, required fields checkboxes, and even implement heavy Regex (Regular Expression) data validations.

How is it Used?

Drag-and-Drop Layout: Specific data request inputs like "Name", "Email", or "Complaint Details" are dragged from the graphical toolbox and dropped securely into the form's wireframe.

Data Validation: Critical structural rules are enforced here. Rules instructing the system to strictly confirm that a phone number only contains numbers or an email contains the "@" symbol (regex / min-max limits) are directly integrated into the input blocks.

Conditional Logic: Advanced technical branching can be implemented via the builder logic—for instance: "If the user selects option A, display question X; if they select B, reveal option Y".

Why is it Important?

In traditional software development, building multi-dynamic templates with logic requires hours of dedicated coding. The Form Builder delivers a highly powerful technical backend cloaked in a remarkably simple user interface. This dramatically reduces margin of error, and by enforcing validation algorithms right at the point of entry, proactively prevents "dirty data" (improperly filled forms) from polluting the database.
